    or once a week abs workout with weights for more bigger abs.

    @mrdimebreezy100 if you grab something behind you, u will be using your abs, but also arms and chest. I guess 1leg compared with 2leg, gives same effects but 1 is more comfortable (its only my opinion)

    @bobysoad666 stationary biking is great for all fat problems in 3 months my fat friend melted off all the fat back and front and was left with a 6 pack.
