@xML7x not really, but u can try to look more ripped. Doing abs exercises only doesnt get u abs. If u want yo abs to b visible, combine abs workout and CARDIO

I still have belly fat around my belly button, how can get rid of it?
and note that I have the first 2packs, but the layers of fat (maybe 8 mm of fat) keeps the other hidden. LOL!
