I have constructed a list of two of my favorite ab workout exercises below that are my favorite exercises that give me a great ab workout. The results of the best ab workout are stunning and give you a full six-pack. Do these exercises at least once everyday when you have free time.
1. The standard crunch: Lie faceup with your knees bent and your feet flat on ground and put your hands behind your head . Contract your abs as if you were to press your navel towards your spine and, in 2 counts, raise your head, neck and shoulder blades off ground . Pause, then lower in 2 counts and repeat. Try to do at lest 2 set's of 10. Remember to not rush, because then it will not give your ab's the best ab workout.
2. The stability-ball crunch: Lie down faceup on a stability ball with your back completely supported and your head, neck and shoulders off the end of the ball, put your torso parallel to ground, and your feet flat on ground, with your knees bent and over ankles. Tighten your buttocks muscles and place your hands behind head . Breathe out as you curl torso upward, bringing your hips and chest toward each other . Slowly lower yourself to the starting position and repeat the steps. Try to do at lest 2 set's of 10. Remember to not rush, because then it will not give your ab's the best ab workout.
