    this hurts so good! finally an ab workout that I can FEEL. whenever I do abs with a video or even at a class at the gym, I’m never sore the next day. I did this for the first time two days ago and I’m still sore from that… doing it again and my abs are on FIRE, but I’m loving it.

  20. I love how she’s not afraid to show that she’s actually human and getting a bit tired like a normal person would, unlike the people on the exercise videos who are ALWAYS smiling no matter how tiring the moves they’re doing are :)

  24. Hi ladies, I really love your ab workout circuit but my problem is that whenever I do crunches my neck always hurts. I know something is wrong with what I’m doing but I just don’t know what it is that I’m doing wrong. Also when I do those crunches it’s really difficult for me to go all the way up. Thank you and I hope you will respond to this. :)
